I recently read that, if you are an aspiring writer, it is best to have some sort of site/blog so, if they are so inclined, anybody who is interested can come and check out your writing style and, I suppose, get a better gauge of your personality. So, here it is - my revamped blog, now with even more 'focused on writing' goodness!
I've put this section together to, as the header might suggest, give you an idea about who I am. I mean, you can't really get a grasp of a person from their sporadic blogs alone, and I mean sporadic both in the randomness in topic as well as the time that elapses between each post. So I figured I'd give you a few key deets and then fill out some questionnaire thing. It's an easy out, I know, but it's also a logical one.
OKAY! For those who don't know me, or wish to get to know me a little better:
INTRO
Hello! My name is Stephen Russell and I'm a wannabe screenwriter/film maker. I love movies and watch an almost unnatural amount of them when I'm not playing video games, listening to music or whatever else. All I know is that right now, since graduating, I still want to make movies for a living when I'm all growned up, which is actually saying alot considering the beating anybody with an original thought took during that course!
I love writing, and I love experiencing a narrative from any sort of medium, be it film, TV, comic book, video game...whatever! At this time, I am working on two shorts and am developing an idea for a comic book miniseries.
I also play guitar and bass, kick ass at Smackdown vs Raw, and love long walks on the beach that culminate in hot wax S+M. No time wasters, please. I KID! One of the previous statements is false, but which one? I also have an International (most say American, though I've heard Scottish, Australian AND Irish before) accent.
I currently live in South East London, and have done so since 1999 when I moved over here from Hong Kong.
